Create User Login

Complete the form below to register a user for Luxoria SmartBranch Management System.

The account could not be created because of a database problem.

Personal Information

Enter the employee’s basic details.

Enter the employee’s full name.
Employee numbers must be unique.
Enter a valid email address.

Branch and Role Assignment

Connect the account to the correct branch and permissions.

Select the employee’s branch.
Select the employee’s role.

Permission control

Branch Managers, Cashiers and Storekeepers should normally access only their assigned branch. Super Administrators automatically receive access to all company branches.

Login Credentials

Create the username and password used for system access.

Use at least four characters without spaces. Enter a valid username with at least four characters.
Password strength: Not entered
Password must contain at least eight characters.
The passwords do not match.
Confirm the account information before registration.
Secure account creation
Duplicate records are checked before saving.
